INTERNATIONAL PHD SCHOLARSHIP IN EPIDEMIOLOGY HONG KONG 2012-2013

New scholarship program for Phd students, Doctoral Scholarships in Epidemiology at School of Biological Sciences, study taken in University of Hong Kong.
Deadline for applying 1 December 2011.

Requirements for student:
MS degree in biology, bioinformatics or related field. Fluency in English (TOEFL certificate is required for candidates from universities with non-English language of instruction)

Requirements for the candidate The candidate is expected to be a motivated person with strong commitment to research work. She/he should demonstrate:

1. Academic excellence;
2. Research ability and potential;
3. Responsibility and creativity;
4. Knowledge of statistical methods (genetic association and linkage analysis, meta-analysis, etc.).
5. Communication, and interpersonal skills;
